There was no preshow intermission music and the warm ups weren’t loaded, we could have done it had known.

Fog needs to be dispersed over three or four cues instead of the next cue so I don’t miss projections

Light and projection fade ups need to coincide

Can we put the lights for the toy store drop on a dimmer so they come on with a cue?

Actors

Please wait at least thirty seconds before breaking curtain after the show.  Adults were fine, kids were not, you must wait!

Parents/kids

If Brandy or Sandy ask you to do something, listen, they have been in contact with me, and THEY know the cues.  Listen to them  Thank you.

A child was almost hit with the baton at the end of the show, please.  You must watch yourselves.  Good save Nick.

Parents if you are seeing a show, please do not leave your stuff in seats, you must go through the normal process like the rest of the audience.  Thanks

Crew
