General

The show was a wee bit schlumpy.  It was still a good show, but bobbly.  Everyone just needs a really good rest.

Please keep your microphone bent the way that the sound engineer put it, and after you tape don’t make adjustments, you could break the mic.  If you have a question ask Stephen or Rodd.

Actors

Michael dear, you start My State, My Kansas

Parents/kids

Parents, I’m not going to be tactful, I’m just going to say it, there are too many cooks.  Designate one person to be the alpha, and then go with it.  Listen to the crew.  You are here to keep your kids on track, and help them during the show.  You all are wonderful, and are trying very hard and we appreciate you very much, but there are too many voices at critical times.  Lean on and support each other, and you will all have a much better time.

Please do not stand in the doorways of the theatre to watch the show.  This causes a fire hazard.

To clarify, if you are on duty you may escort the kids backstage.  Earlier I said no parents backstage so that we could find traffic patterns.  Parents may be backstage, WHEN they are assisting the kids, and then only.  There are a lot of people and sets backstage as it is.

Also, if you are not signed up, please do not hang out.  Thank you for your understanding.  If you would like to stay and are not signed up, please consider helping on crew.

Crew

Thank you Ellen and Rich for filling in.

Thank you Michelle for volunteering to run spot!

Accident/Incident

An actor tripped trying not to harm someone who should not have been there, they may have broken their ankle.
