Actors   Anna/Alex do a quick costume change in alley before first scene with Doris (arm in arm) Super job, we will continue to grow and get better Make a path for people!  Do not be early or you will be squished and others will be late. Jessie needs your costume sheets to make a copy.  Remember no hairspray in dressing rooms, we have allergies. Please remember props and scene changes!

Parents/kids If Brandy or Sandy ask you to do something, listen, they have been in contact with me, and THEY know the cues.  Listen to them  Thank you.    Reminder kids off before rain balloons, much better on the reindeer change thank you! Carl find Lariena during Sam’s song in Courtroom (really weird beatnik one.) Kids are way too early for parade, kids listen to alpha moms this is a rule, don’t break it.  The santa sleigh has the right of way don’t try to squeeze past it  you have time.  Need to show the kids the rope on the sleigh so they can pull it.
